HOW TO CHECK-IN WITH SOUTHWEST AIRLINES? 

Beginning 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, customers with eligible Southwest Airlines Reservations may check-in for their flights through various ways.

ONLINE CHECK-IN 

• Passengers travelling in Southwest Airlines can easily check-in 24 hours prior to the departure through Southwest Airlines Official Site and can also print their boarding pass.
• Online check-in starts 24 hours before departure and closes 90 minutes before the departure.
• After check-in, receive your boarding pass through email or text, save your pass to your mobile and show it at security checkpoints or during boarding.

For online check-in and boarding pass, you must:

• Be verified if travelling on senior, child or infant fares.
• Check-in at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.
• Have purchased an eligible fare type. 

AIRPORT CHECK-IN 

• Customers can check-in at Southwest Airlines ticket counter upon arrival at the airport to have their passport verified, to check luggage and to receive their boarding pass.

• For Airport check-in, you must arrive at Southwest Airlines ticket counter at least 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.

• Kiosks will be available in the majority of non-US airport locations when departing on an international flight from an airport within the US, you can easily check-in, scan your passport, get a boarding pass.
